How to Apply
Sheltered Housing
Prospective residents must currently reside in the Ancient Parish of Walton, which encompasses, Walton on Thames, Hersham and the Oatlands area of Weybridge. Except in special cases, applicants must be over sixty years of age (in the case of couples one applicant must be over sixty) and be persons of good character. Applications are welcomed from those able to pay the full charge and those requiring assistance from Housing Benefits.

Sherwood House
Prospective residents must be current or former residents of the Borough of Elmbridge. Applicants must be over sixty years of age. Applicants will be assessed by the registered manager to ensure their needs can be properly met at the home. The Charity welcomes applications from those able to fund their own stay and those requiring assistance from Social Services.
