How to Apply
Sheltered Housing
Generally prospective residents must currently reside in the Ancient Parish of Walton, which encompasses Walton-on-Thames, Hersham and the Oatlands area of Weybridge, and be over 60 years of age. Occasionally, we can make exceptions for people with special circumstances. Applications are welcomed from those requiring Housing Benefit’s assistance to meet the charges as well as those who have the means to pay. To apply:

Sherwood House: Prospective residents should be current or former residents of the Borough of Elmbridge, although sometimes we can make exceptions for those with special circumstances. Applicants must be over sixty years of age. Applications are assessed by our registered manager to ensure the applicant’s care and other needs can be properly met at the home. The Charity welcomes applications from those able to fund their own stay and we can also accept a limited number of applications from those requiring assistance from Social Services to meet the fees.
