- Solid fuel
- Electricity/gas and water bills
- Special items

Application forms will only be posted to applicants in exceptional circumstances.
New applicants must visit our office before their first application is made.
All applications must be accompanied by an up to date bank, building society or post office statement for all accounts held by all members of the household.
To assist trustees in assessing applications, as much information as possible should be supplied.This can include a letter from your doctor, social worker, health visitor Citizens Advice Bureau or other supporting agency.
