The Charity is governed by a board of 19 trustees. Nine of these are nominated by Elmbridge Borough Council. A further nine are co-opted from people leaving in the Ancient Parish of Walton, which encompasses Walton on Thames, Hersham and the Oatlands area of Weybridge and finally there is 1 ex officio trustee who is the incumbent vicar of St Mary's Church in Walton.
Trustees are responsible for overseeing the Charity’s activities, making policy and carrying out certain statutory functions.
The day to day running of the Charity is entrusted to the Chief Executive and a team of senior mangers together with the staff of the charity.

Mr Pollington is Chairman of the Benefits and Grants committee, Vice Chairman of the House committee and serves on the Property and Finance committees

Mrs Warne is Chairman of the Charity’s House committee and serves on the Property and Finance committees
Barry Cheyne - Trustee
Mr Cheyne is a local councillor and is Chairman of the Charity’s Property committee and serve of the Finance and Benefits and Grants committees
Robert Freeman - Trustee
Mr Freeman is Vice Chairman of the Charity’s Property committee and serves on the House committee
Mary Trimble - Trustee
Mrs Trimble serves on the Charity’s Finance, House, and Property and Benefits and Grants committees
Duncan Parkes - Trustee
Mr Parkes serves on the Charity’s Benefits and Grants, House and Finance committees

Mrs Brooks is vice chairman of the Charity’s Benefits and Grants committee and serves on the House and Property committees
Christine Cross - Trustee
Mrs Cross is a local councillor and is the most recent trustee to join the Board
Rosemary Dane - Trustee
Mrs Dane is a former Mayor of Elmbridge and serves on the Charity’s Benefits and Grants, Property and House committees
Christine Elmer - Trustee
Mrs Elmer is a local councillor and serves on the Charity’s Property, Finance committees and Benefits and Grants committees
Jackie Lodge - Chief Executive
Jackie Lodge is the Chief Executive of the Charity taking up her post in June 2008. Prior to this Jackie worked for the British Heart Foundation as their Director of Care.
Nigel Lucas - Housing Manager
Nigel Lucas is the Charity’s Housing Manager. He is repoonsible for the Charity’s sheltered housing and care home. He also deputises for the Chief Executive. Nigel work career has been in the Social Housing Sector, working for Local Autorities and Housing Associations.
Sarath Weerasinghe - Finance Director
Sarath Weerasinghe is the Charity’s Finance Manager, responsible for the administration of the Charity’s Finances. Sarath has held a number of senior financial roles in other organisations and he also lectures in business strategy.
