Supervisor - Properties Maintenance
A fantastic opportunity to lead a new team with a fresh approach to managing its property.
The Charity has a portfolio of sheltered housing, supported housing, offices, community buildings, land, allotments and woodlands.
We are looking for a skilled maintenance professional to supervise a team of maintenance staff, housekeepers and external trades persons and contractors.
We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with previous experience in building services maintenance, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage and effectively prioritise a demanding workload. Ideally you will hold or have worked towards a technical qualification (Electrical or Mechanical – City & Guilds, NVQ, HND/HNC or equivalent) and be computer literate.
