Work with us
Property Maintenance & Compliance Administrator
21-24 hours a week (Mon-Fri - flexible)
Salary: £28,000- £29,000 p.a. FTE
Do you have a keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills? Walton Charity is looking for a Property Maintenance & Compliance Administrator to join its Property & Maintenance Team, helping us to build a thriving local community.
We are a place-based charity working in Elmbridge, Surrey. Our vision is for an Elmbridge community where everyone has the opportunity and support to live a rewarding life, free from poverty and inequality. We use our people, land, property, and funds to tackle issues of poverty, health, housing, and educational attainment in our local area.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support for the management of property compliance, servicing, repairs, maintenance, and contractor activities across the Charity's property portfolio. The successful candidate will also ensure records are maintained accurately, inspections and servicing are scheduled and monitored, and maintenance requests are processed efficiently to support safe, compliant, and well-maintained properties.
This role would suit someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy. A good understanding of – or passion for – working in the charity sector and supporting local communities is also desirable.
This is a part-time role of up to 24 hours a week and we will offer training and support to assist the post-holder in their career development.
The role will be based on-site, across charity properties in Walton & Hersham and is a fantastic opportunity to make a big difference as part of a small, friendly team.
