One of our main priority areas is making more safe, affordable, and secure housing available to Elmbridge residents.
We offer almshouses (for over-55’s and key workers), social housing for those at risk of homelessness, plus discounted office space. In 2026 we also took ownership of the Cobham and Walton Centres for the Community - now known as Community Hubs - helping to secure the future of these much-loved community spaces in Elmbridge.
