Our team

Rob Mills, our Chief Executive, has overall responsibility for the management of Walton Charity and its resources, staff and services. He reports directly to our Board of Trustees and works closely with the senior leadership team.

Our four staff teams provide support across the charity

  • The Charity Support team is responsible for the charity’s finance, HR, IT and administration.

  • The Community team includes our community and individual grant managers, our communications team and the Walton & Hersham Foodbank (now part of Walton Charity).

  • Our Green Spaces team manage all our land and estates including the Community Allotment and Tree Canopy Project.

  • Our Property team manage our independent living schemes and social housing properties, and our community buildings including Charities House.
