Allotments to rent

Our four allotment sites are managed by the Walton Allotment Association and are available for local people to rent to grow fruit, vegetables and flowers.

Any questions regarding the allotments must be directed to the Walton Allotment Association. Walton Charity are unable to resolve any queries relating to private allotments and you will be forwarded to the Walton Allotment Association. Please note that they are run by volunteers and may take a while to respond to emails. Please be patient.

There are lots of benefits of having an allotment including:

  • Access to a cheap source of fresh fruit and vegetables, and therefore a healthy diet.

  • A good form of exercise.

  • An environment where children can learn where food comes from.

  • Community spirit and an opportunity to meet people from all walks of life.

  • Providing a sense of achievement and well-being and a chance to learn new skills.
